What’s your story, morning glory?: I am a direct relation of the famous Seer, Cassandra Trelawney. My father is a minor Seer (he can guess what horses will win derbies and how many Every Flavor Beans are in a jar), but I am different. When I was seven, my parents say that I closed my eyes and said in a strange voice, "The event gone unforeseen/Will occur March nineteen." My mother discovered her unexpected pregnancy with my brother Kennicot the nineteenth of March.

Of course, I don't remember a lick of this occurrence, but from then on, my parents knew I had The Gift. Since then, they have made me carry around a pad of paper and a quill pen with which to write down my visions whenever I have them. My parents don't realize I never remember my visions, but if I think hard enough I can make a very educated guess about what might happen in the future.

It came as no surprise when I got my Hogwarts letter; however, my parents were disappointed when the Sorting Hat put me in Hufflepuff - I come from a very Ravenclaw family. But I think myself the most studious of all the Hufflepuffs.

As for school, I enjoy it. I don't bother much with friends, for I find they cloud my Inner Eye. I prefer schoolwork - although, I think it is affecting my Outer Eye. My parents are considering Muggle eyeglasses for me.

What do people love about you?: I'm not quite sure. I'd like to say my tact and sensitivity, but no one has ever really spoken to me about anything, much less told me what they like about me.
What do people hate?: I know my supernormal powers frighten people away - they can feel that I am different. I hardly blame them, though it does get a bit lonely at times.
Your one crippling weakness: There are blank periods of time that I don't remember. I'll be doing homework in the common room, for example, and I'll blink, and then the fire will be dead and my throat sore. It's very odd.
Would you jump off your metaphorical raft to make room for a stranger?: It would depend. Of course, I would have seen the catastrophe many weeks ahead of time and never gotten on the Titanic, to begin with.
Share your passions: I like shawls. I knit them. They keep me warm in this big old drafty castle. I also love Divination and Astronomy - the planetary movements around the time of the Solstices are absolutely fascinating! I can be found atop the Astronomy Tower with a sketchbook and a telescope on clear nights. I used to try to warn people about ill fortune, but I've decided to stop now that my predictions aren't coming true anymore. I think the people are being more careful and thus avoiding the fates I foresee. I would love to make a living from my visions, like my great-great grandmother. Also, my mother makes magical candles, and I love the smell of the burning wax and sweet perfumes.
Your thoughts on this Voldemort bloke: I keep having premonitions that he will get much worse than he already is.
